Wear resistant ceramic sheet is a non-metallic wear-resistant material widely used on the inner walls of various equipment as an anti-wear layer to protect the equipment from wear. It is an excellent wear-resistant material with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
If the construction process of wear-resistant ceramics is correct, there is rarely a problem of ceramic pieces falling off, because the construction is relatively strict, and the service life can usually be more than 3-5 years. It is a very popular wear-resistant material in the wear-resistant industry. However, in the process of use and installation, the following things should still be noted:
Do not use tough metal to directly contact the ceramic inside during installation, such as forklifts, pry bars, jacks, etc., to prevent damage to the internal wear-resistant ceramic pieces;
During use, it is necessary to transport materials that the equipment can withstand. Do not replace equipment, especially pipelines, without authorization, as this may cause wear and tear on equipment or pipelines lined with wear-resistant ceramic tiles;
Do not replace wear-resistant ceramic equipment that operates at room temperature with environments with higher operating temperatures. Excessive temperatures may reduce adhesive properties and cause ceramic detachment;
There are many types of wear-resistant ceramics, and it is necessary to investigate the working environment and conduct on-site measurements during production to ensure that the wear-resistant ceramics are firm, durable, and have a long service life after installation on the equipment.
