        The chute is often used in the material conveying system of thermal power, steel, cement, ore, port, coal, chemical and other industries, such as coal washing plant, thermal power plant, steel plant transfer station coal drop pipe, coal drop hopper ; iron and steel plant coke hopper ; mine transfer hopper ; port terminal bulk cargo transfer hopper, bulk cargo transport ship hopper ; cement plant clinker, cement chute, hopper, etc. The chute conveying medium is mainly raw coal, coke, ore, slag, mineral powder, cement clinker, etc., and the impact and wear are relatively large. In a cement plant in Yunnan, the lining uses 20 mm wear-resistant steel plate to run only for more than one month. The wear is very serious, and it needs to be replaced and maintained for a long time, which wastes a lot of manpower and material resources, not only affects the output, but also has a greater safety hazard.

        20mm thick wear-resistant steel plate is replaced by the same specifications of the wear-resistant ceramic liner ;

        In the place where the impact force is relatively large, the optimized spherical ceramic liner is used to effectively decompose the impact force of the material ;

        The double fixation method of viscose and stud welding is adopted to ensure that the ceramic is not easy to fall off ;

        The edge of the chute cleverly uses the flange to cover the ceramic to prevent the ceramic from being damaged.

After transformation, the current use effect is as follows :

        The service life is prolonged and increased by more than 20 times.

        The density of the ceramic material is low, and the weight is about 1 / 3 lighter than the original, which is convenient for transportation and installation.

        The chute running for about 2 years has little wear.
