        The wear-resistant ceramic composite pipe is composed of three layers : corundum ceramic layer, viscose intermediate layer and steel structure layer. Different from ordinary steel pipe, the thickness of wear-resistant ceramic composite pipe is usually thicker than that of ordinary steel pipe. The wear-resistant ceramic lining can play a better anti-wear and anti-corrosion effect.

        Wear-resistant ceramic composite pipe is mainly used in harsh working conditions. It can transport pulverized coal, ash, coal slurry, slime, concentrate, tailings and other materials. It can also be used as ironmaking and blast furnace coal injection, slag and other high temperature environment transportation pipelines. The wear-resistant ceramic composite pipe has a good effect in the parts with serious erosion wear. Under the same conditions, it is about 20 times more wear-resistant than ordinary pipes, and the service life can be as high as 10 years. Moreover, through different installation methods, the temperature resistance can reach 700 degrees Celsius, which can adapt to most industrial enterprises ‘ gas-solid, liquid-solid and other transportation systems, and is more widely used in easy-to-wear pipelines such as tees and elbows.

        Although the thickness of wear-resistant ceramic composite pipes is usually thicker than that of ordinary steel pipes, because the density of corundum ceramics is only about half of that of steel structures, it is often the case that even if the thickness of wear-resistant ceramic composite pipes is thicker than that of ordinary steel pipes, the total weight is lighter.
