Hexsteel wear-resistant tube refers to the hexagonal tortoise shell net made of special metal materials with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. After spot welding of the inner wall of the shell, the refractory or wear-resistant material is filled. After special treatment, the filling material is not easy to fall off, which improves the service life of the pipeline. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strong vibration and good mechanical properties, and can work normally at a working temperature of 600 degrees. Different shapes of tortoise shell nets can also be made according to customer requirements. It can also be used for elbows, square, circular joints and other specifications.
The performance characteristics of hexsteel wear-resistant pipe are as follows :
- The hexsteel wear-resistant cement has high wear resistance and impact resistance. The wear-resistant coating not only has the high wear resistance of non-metallic materials, but also has the impact resistance of metal materials. The combination of the two makes it not fall off during operation.
- Good thermal shock resistance : The coating will not fall off or break under severe cold and high temperature conditions, and it is firm and reliable.
- High temperature resistance : After the combination of wear-resistant clay and hexsteel, the working temperature can reach 600 ° C. If the material of the tortoise shell net is replaced, it can be used normally at a temperature of ≥ 700.
- The circulating resistance does not increase : the nominal diameter of the pipeline remains unchanged, and the average circulating resistance does not increase.
The hexsteel wear-resistant pipe has good wear resistance and impact resistance, and can be combined with wear-resistant ceramic materials to form a hexsteel wear-resistant ceramic pipe. It is a widely used wear-resistant pipe, and its service life is about 6-8 times that of ordinary pipe elbows.
