2.Thermal performance, thermal conductivity than metal copper, good heat removal performance, is very important for high-power devices. The thermal stability of SiC is high, and SiC will not melt under normal pressure.
3.Chemical properties, strong corrosion resistance, at room temperature with almost no reaction with most of the known etchants. The surface of SiC is easily oxidized by SiO2, which can prevent further oxidation.
