Introduction of SiC Wear Resistant Ceramics:

Silicon carbide wear-resistant ceramics, that is SiC ceramics, are currently excellent materials for mechanical properties in high-temperature environments among wear-resistant ceramic materials. The high-temperature strength of silicon carbide ceramics can continue to 1600 degrees Celsius, and its oxidation resistance is very strong. It is also a good kind of wear-resistant ceramic materials, also known as emery.

The production process of SiC wear-resistant ceramics:

Silicon carbide wear-resistant ceramics are sintered by rare earth oxides as sintering aids. Dense silicon carbide is obtained by liquid phase sintering and high temperature isostatic pressing post-treatment. The surface nitriding treatment eliminates the open pores, so as to obtain wear-resistant ceramic materials with very high toughness.
