Composite ceramic pipeline is a kind of wear-resistant ceramic pipeline. The structure is composed of three layers : steel, transition layer and wear-resistant ceramic layer. The steel structure layer can use ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel. The transition layer is mainly composed of ceramics, steel and various oxides. It is closely combined with steel and inner wear-resistant ceramics to prevent falling off. The inside is a dense corundum ceramic formed by more than two thousand degrees of high temperature, with smooth and wear-resistant properties.
The production process of composite ceramic pipe is mainly self-propagating centrifugal casting process. The main principle is to keep the steel pipe rotating at high speed in the high temperature environment of self-propagating combustion, and form a dense and uniform wear-resistant ceramic layer and transition layer under the condition of high temperature and high speed centrifugation, so as to protect the steel structure from wear.
Composite ceramic pipes are currently the most cost-effective choice among straight pipes. They have high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and temperature resistance. They are ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipes for conveying sharp, corrosive, and high-impact materials.
